CleanRecord

Privacy

You are being asked about a criminal record. You should know exactly where that information goes.

Your answers stay on your device

The eligibility checker runs entirely in your browser. The rules for sealing, set aside and expungement are part of the page you already downloaded, so working out your result does not require sending anything anywhere. Your offense, its class, your dates, and the circumstances you select are never transmitted to us, and we could not produce them if we were asked to.

Close the tab and they are gone. We do not store them in your browser either.

What we do collect

Standard web analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device it was. This is aggregate traffic measurement and is not tied to your answers, because your answers never reach us in the first place.

We do not sell your information

We do not have your information to sell. If that ever changes, for instance if we add a way to ask an attorney to contact you, it will be something you choose on purpose, this page will say so before it launches, and it will still never include the details of your offense.

This is not legal advice

CleanRecord provides general information about Arizona law. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing here is a substitute for a lawyer reading your actual court file. Statutes change. Verify anything important against the current text of the law or with someone licensed to advise you.
